Return and Exchange Policy
If you want to return or exchange any product, please join the official LINE first: inform us of the product you want to return.
Please include the following information: order number/name/contact number/return reason and we will process it for you as soon as possible.
・If you wish to return or exchange a defective product or product for personal reasons, please process the return or exchange within 7 days.
・When returning the product, please keep the product in its new state and intact when it was sent (including the product itself, gifts, original packaging, etc.), otherwise it will be difficult to cancel the order.

|Returns and exchanges are not accepted in the following circumstances|

・The response exceeds the 7-day appreciation period (including holidays).
・The product packaging was damaged and incomplete, so the items were not included when I sent them back.
・Malicious large-scale returns and exchanges.
・Discounted items are not exchangeable and can only be returned. The return shipping fee is at your own expense.
|Return Process|
Please contact customer service directly. The returned product must be kept in its original state upon delivery (including the product/accessories/instructions/warranty/packaging box/delivery note, etc.), properly packaged, and sent back to the designated delivery address by express or courier service.
|Refund|
・Once the returned product is confirmed to meet the return conditions, we will refund the actual amount you paid for the product via the original payment method within 7 days of receiving the returned product.
・If you purchase goods and participate in a discount or other promotional activities, and you can no longer enjoy the discount after returning part of the goods, we have the right to settle the bill based on the selling price of each product at the time of purchase and deduct the corresponding price difference from the refund amount.
