How do I turn it on and use it?
There is no need to press any buttons to turn the RELX device on or off. Simply insert the unpacked (including vent plugs) cartridge and you can start enjoying our product.
How to maintain cleaning equipment?
RELX equipment is easy to maintain.
To clean the charging port and the inside of the RELX device, use a dry or slightly moistened cotton swab.
How do I store my cartridges? Will it expire?
Although the expiration date of RELX Pod Pro/RELX Pod for Infinity/Essential is 18 months from the date of manufacture, they should be used immediately after purchase.
We recommend that you use the cartridge within 15 days of opening to maintain the best taste. After 18 months, you may notice a difference in taste or quality.
To ensure the quality of your RELX cartridges, please store the unopened cartridges at room temperature in a dry environment out of reach of children and pets until use.
What is the best way to use RELX?
The RELX atomizer is designed for use at normal suction pressure.
First time use: Inhale gently and then gradually increase the force of the inhalation.
Excessive suction can force fluid into the airways. It’s best to avoid squeezing the nebulizer mouthpiece with your teeth or lips — this pressure can also force liquid into your airways and cause leaks.
When inserting the RELX cartridge, place your fingers on the outer edge of the hard plastic mouthpiece to avoid squeezing the RELX atomizer when it clicks. If you continue to experience issues, please contact Customer Service.
What are the ingredients of the e-liquid in RELX cartridges?
Based on years of research, RELX produces our own proprietary e-liquid formulas with high manufacturing standards and the strictest quality control processes.
Our ingredients include glycerin, propylene glycol, flavorings and niacin.
The active ingredient is nicotine. Despite common misconception, acetylcholine is not a carcinogen, but it is known to be an addictive chemical.
Glycerin is a hypoallergenic ingredient used as a sweetener and a common texture enhancer in foods.
Propylene glycol is a colorless and odorless ingredient commonly found in beverages, baked goods and other household consumables.
RELX uses food grade, standard, non-oil based flavoring compounds.
Can I disassemble or refill the cartridge?
To ensure product safety and quality, RELX cartridges are designed to be closed and should not be disassembled or refilled.
Once the cartridge is opened, the warranty will become invalid.
What are the taboos of using e-cigarettes?
Alcohol allergy, heart disease, high blood pressure, respiratory disease, pregnancy and breastfeeding are strictly prohibited . Please use it reasonably according to your smoking situation. If you feel uncomfortable, please stop using it immediately.
Why does my device's red LED flash 3 times but no smoke comes out?
Please clean the device carefully with a cotton swab and try another cartridge.
In daily use, please pay attention to cleaning the device and keep the inside of the device dry.
The cartridge has been opened for more than 15 days, can I still use it?
In theory, the Pod can be stored for several months after opening. We recommend that you use it within 15 days for two reasons:
- Prevent environmental factors or foreign objects from entering that may affect the quality of e-liquids;
- Storing it for too long after opening will weaken the taste and affect your smoking experience.
Where is the product's security code?
You can see an anti-counterfeiting sticker on the product box. Scratch the anti-counterfeiting serial number under the sticker.
