Is your device not working?

My device won't charge!

1. Is your RELX charging light on when plugged in?
If that doesn't work, try a different cable or outlet.

2. Is your RELX dirty?
Sometimes dust, dirt, or foreign objects can prevent charging. You can use cotton balls or dry paper towels to clean the charging point of the RELX.

3. Is your RELX damaged?
Sometimes dropping it from a height or getting it wet can cause it to malfunction. Please contact our team and we will do our best to help you fix it.


I took a puff, but there was no vapor.

Make sure your RELX is charged (at least 10 minutes).
If the pod is new, make sure to remove the silicone seal on the bottom.
Try changing a Pod to see if it is a Pod problem.
Finally, make sure your RELX is clean. You can use a dry paper towel or cotton swab.


My device is leaking!

Do not gasp when lying down and try to keep the RELX upright.
Avoid shaking the RELX device.
Light leaks can be caused by changes in air pressure or extreme temperatures. It's fine!
Why is my battery light blinking in a weird way?

1. Flashing red light:
This is your RELX's way of indicating that there is a simple problem. Either the RELX battery is low or the Pod is not inserted correctly. Or, if you smoke too much, your RELX lets you know to slow down.

2. Flashing 2 times white and 2 times red:
Your RELX is resetting, possibly because the charging source is too weak or too strong. Please use the charger that comes with your RELX and keep charging for 10 minutes.

3. Another type of abnormal flashing:

Your RELX may have fluid in it and the circuitry may be faulty.

Try cleaning and "reverse inflation" (blowing out) to clear any e-juice clogs.

The cartridge tastes weird or burnt.

1. We recommend finishing a pod within 15 days of opening for the best flavor experience.

2. If your Pod is too low in e-liquid, it may affect the taste.

3. When you inhale, remember to keep your RELX upright!
